Clara and Álex, inseparable friends forged during their shared pursuit of music education at ESMUC (Barcelona), have cultivated a deep bond over the years. From collaborative projects to numerous shared performances, their connection is marked by mutual understanding, unwavering support, and profound respect. In a playful moment, they whimsically decided to embark on a musical venture, selecting three of their cherished songs, all beginning with the word "sweet," to record together. What started as a lighthearted idea blossomed into a breathtaking album featuring nine songs. This collaborative effort extended beyond the duo, encompassing a host of friends who contributed their talents, a project I was honored to be entrusted with. Clara and Álex took the reins in leading the album's production, resulting in a collection of songs, each presenting a distinct universe, a true gift to both the audience and myself. The experience of engineering and mixing this beautiful and delicate album has been a profound learning process, surrounded by incredible musicians, with Clara and Álex standing out as remarkable vocalists. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to collaborate, work, and learn from such exceptional artists. As you listen, we sincerely hope you derive as much joy from this musical journey as we did in creating it.
